Welcome Table: Feeding the Hungry
Join us at our Welcome Table ministry as we feed hungry neighbors and their families in our community. We are always glad to welcome new volunteers.
The Food Pantry ministry unloads food and prepares it for distribution on the third Friday of the month from about 10 AM to 2 PM. We then gather on the third Saturday at 8 AM to distribute the food to our guests, ending around 1 PM. Come spend as much or as little time as your schedule allows.
On the Fourth Monday of each month we prepare and serve a nutritious hot meal. Come help with the preparations beginning at 3 PM. The meal is served from 5 to 7 PM and we always need help cleaning up afterward. Again, come spend as much or as little time as your schedule permits. We have a growing volunteer core for both these ministries and we'd be happy to add you to that number.
