Dear Parents/Guardians,
We are glad you are interested in enrolling your child(ren) in our 2010 Kidz2Camp summer day camp program. Download, print out, complete and mail the documents below to register your child(ren) for this summer's day camp.
Our Day Camp will accept registration of children who will be between the ages of 6 and 12 years old on December 31, 2010. Please note that we have found that older boys, ages 11 and 12, have not found our Camp provides them the kind of outdoor sports activities many prefer, so parents/guardians should keep that in mind if registering boys in this age range.
Please note that Camp opens on Monday, June 28th and runs through Friday, August 13th. The Camp hours are 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. Extended hours from 8 AM to 6 PM are available for an additional per hour fee. Please see the Tuition & Fee Schedule below for more information.
TUITION may be paid in full or paid on a week-to-week basis. Those paying week-to-week must make payment in advance of the week your child will be present at camp but no later than the Friday of the week before. Children will not be admitted unless tuition is paid in advance for the week they will attend.
CAMPERSHIPS: A limited number of Camperships (financial assistance) is available on a first come first served basis. You must contact the Pastor directly to be considered for a Campership. Contact the Pastor at 201-434-4810. Should you reach our answering service, please leave a message in box 3 with your name and phone number.
URBAN LEAGUE SUBSIDIES are accepted from qualified parents with pre-approval form the Urban League. Contact the Urban League's Childcare Resource and Referral Division at 201-451-8888 to determine if you qualify and for more information.
Tuition: $85 per child per week. $75 per child per week from the same birth family.
Extended Hours Fee: $5 per additional hour each day. Must be paid in advance.
Late Fees: Children not in extended care: $5 after 5:10 PM. All children after 6:10 PM: $25 per child every 15 minutes after 6:10 PM.
